Our programs are mostly provided at Central Station, 545 industrial Drive (behind Red River College) in Winkler, although we also offer satellite programs in Plum Coulee and Schanzenfeld. 

The WFRC Cancellation policy due to severe weather follows that of the Garden Valley School Division.  To receive current information about cancellations go to Pembina Valley Online, listen to a local radio station such as CFAM 950, or log on to the GVSD website.
