Winkler Family Resource Centre is a community-minded organization that provides free educational opportunities for families to grow and develop together.
We are here to support all caregivers in the Winkler area, to help their children thrive, and to reach their full potential. This is done through free programs that focus on literacy and numeracy, physical and mental health, and interactive playtime.
